How can you verify, modify or delete your information?

In case you wish to verify which personal data is stored on your behalf by the responsible controller, or have it modified or corrected, you may do this yourself online. The password you get after purchasing our product(s) will allow you to log in and update your personal information or deactivate your profile. Users can ask to deactivate their profile at any time by contacting us at support@gainserver.com or the phone number which is listed in the Contact Us page. We will then make reasonable efforts to remove your information from the database that stores the information.

How long do we keep your data?

Data related to the profile of the user (Personally Identifiable Information) are kept for two years after the user’s last login. After two years from the last login, the user profile will automatically be deactivated and all personal information is then made anonymous or deleted completely. When data is kept only in an anonymous form, which does not allow for personal identification, users will still be able to continue using our software and products which does not require user login. This way we ensure that we do not prevent users from using our products even after their personal information is deleted.

B. Non-Personally Identifiable Information

We also may collect various types of non-personally identifiable information to help us make your experience more enjoyable, measure site activity to identify future improvements that should be made, and compile aggregate data to help serve site visitors better. For example, we may use such data to tailor our advertisements, develop proper survey questions, improve our business, etc.
